Affordable, decent housing is a pre-requisite to good physical and mental health and wellbeing. Those employed in key health, education and other social services are adversely affected by lack of access to housing in the vicinity of their places of work.
Trustees are committed to helping improvements in this area through providing small grants to charities and other non-profit organisations operating in London that campaign for and/or provide affordable accommodation for key workers (or to make direct provision of such accommodation).
How To Apply
Applications are welcome from small to medium-seized charitable and non-profit organisations. Funds are also sometimes granted to projects based within larger organisations where the programme of which it is a part has a budget of less than £500,000.
